Capturing the Last Time: Preserving Moments

People often talk about the first time.

What about the last time?

It's not easy to realize it's the last time, or more accurately, it's not easy to admit it.

It's inconceivable that it won't be again, and if there will be, it won't be the same.

Once we accept that it's over, how do we immortalize that moment?

While we have countless photos and videos from everywhere and of everyone, I do something extra - I pause and "capture" the moment with my body—the feeling, the place, the people, the touch of hands, the smell, the noise, the light.

This way, I feel the last hugs and the touch of beloved people,

I hear familiar sounds or smells and am present in precise scenes.

All I need to do is take a deep breath and dive into a sweet memory.

Over the past two years, we've said goodbye to many people and places.

And nothing replaces the ability to "jump" there for a moment in your mind.

What do you do to remember the last time?
